A Palace among Palaces

The 5-star luxury hotel Palacio Vallier is a 19th-century palace located in the most beautiful area of the old town of Valencia. Its spectacular façade in the Plaza Manises houses 31 spacious rooms, among which are the finest suites in the city.

The Restaurant “La Perfumería” pays tribute to the historical past of the building after discovering some remains belonging to a Roman perfumery of the third century. Today it is a gastronomic reference that celebrates Valencian tradition and Mediterranean cuisine with a proximity, where you can explore the taste and purity of the local product.

The Manises Room on the 1st floor has a sober decoration and natural light. It is a great place for meetings and corporate events with a capacity of up to 30 people in a theater setup. For outdoor events, the Palacio Vallier Rooftop offers a spectacular 360 panorama of Valencia and an aerial view of the Plaza de la Virgen and the Palau de la Generalitat.
